Call of Duty: Mobile Launch Date Confirmed

Activision has made it official that Call of Duty: Mobile will be rolling out for FREE on iOS and Android on the 1st of October 2019. The mobile version will include the traditional game-modes: Team Deathmatch and Search and Destroy while also having the latest hype with it, i.e. the 100 player battle royale which will be played on an entirely new map.

The Battle Royale will feature all 3 modes usually found in battle royales: solo, duos and squads (teams of 4). It will also feature helicopters, ATVs, and tactical rafts much like the console version. You will also be able to play in both the first-person and the third-person shooting modes.

What’s interesting is that the game is being developed by Tencent’s Timi Studio. As many of you know, Tencent is the team behind the development of PUBG as well so it will be quite interesting to see how that turns out.

The maps that are set to be in the game are Crash and Crossfire from Modern Warfare and Nuketown and Hijacked from Black Ops’

There might be more details as we move closer to the release but we’ll just have to wait and see.
